We had a lovely stay here with our young baby. The dining experience was delightful with friendly staff, and we enjoyed exploring Chepstow Racecourse, which was nearby and made for a fun day out. Clean, spacious rooms made our family time enjoyable.

The outdoor bar seating area was so cozy with fairy lights! 🍃 The room wasn't super clean, and the shower had a moldy vibe, but overall, a nice stay.

Great vibes but terrible service
The atmosphere was nice and we loved the bar area, but the service was super disappointing. We waited ages for someone to take our order, and when we finally interacted with the staff, they were really loud in the kitchen talking about us like we weren’t there. Just not what you'd expect when dining out.

The grilled cheese was a masterpiece, oozing with gooey goodness! Not to mention the stellar sea bass and fish 'n' chips we devoured outside—it was a feast for the senses! The breakfast was epic too, really sets you up for an adventure in Raglan.
We hit a bump with check-in—our coach house was half-done up, with carpets that looked like they’d seen better days. The service at dinner was a bit of a faff, taking ages to get our mains. My chops were tougher than expected and we felt totally forgotten!
